1. What is the time limit for returns and exchanges?

①If it is a product quality problem, we support the return and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order; no quality problems do not support return and exchange
②Customized products do not support returns and exchange.

2. Specific regulations on product return and exchange
Some items have special characteristics and must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:

②If you need to return or exchange the whole order, please be sure to return all the products (including free gifts and gift boxes) in the current order.
③After receiving your return or exchange request, we will process your order within 3-7 working days.

3.How to return or exchange an item?
Return application: Please contact our customer service email: jeck@moqimfrs.com to apply for return. After the application is approved, please send the goods that need to be returned with the product delivery list, and return them to the address in the return confirmation email. If the goods are returned by courier that cannot be checked, the company will not be responsible for the loss, damage, misdelivery, etc. of the goods, please understand.

4. Return process:
Contact the customer service email address to register for return and exchange→provide a picture of the returned product→customer service to confirm the return application→send the returned product→return confirmation→apply for a refund or exchange

5. Refund method:
After the return is received and confirmed to be correct, if a refund is required, the company will handle the relevant refund for you within 7 working days according to your payment method,The exact arrival time depends on your bank's processing speed.
